The company also owns, manages, and develops quays, port basins and the surrounding areas, leases land to cargo operators; and organises vessel traffic in port basins, and ensures safe navigation in the port waters; as well as owns passenger terminals; other facilities passenger services; and offers waste management solutions. In addition, the company offers real estate development; Industrial and Logistics Parks; and land and commercial space for rent. The company was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Tallinn, the Republic of Estonia.
