HTR doesn't stop at a compliance label. It connects eligibility, market structure, conviction, and outcome — and publishes the last one whichever way it lands.
Business activity and financial ratios, across seven published methodologies. Nothing reaches the next stage without clearing this one.
Trend, momentum and volume, read against the prevailing market regime rather than in isolation.
VWAP position, market structure and institutional order flow — each scored on its own, each kept on the record.
The factors resolve to a single analytical score, with a defined entry, stop and target — and the level that invalidates the thesis.
Tracked to a real, resolved result and published — win or loss, in the same table, with the sample size attached.
1,610 symbols screened against seven published methodologies — business activity and financial ratios, computed from filings. Every figure below is counted from the same source the screener page renders, so the two pages cannot quote different sizes for one system. See the full screening record →
Of those, 10,185 are global issuers screened in-house — from SEC and international filings rather than a single vendor list — and they carry a decided verdict in 80 of those markets. How the screen works →
HTR evaluates Sharia compliance across established methodologies rather than hiding the methodology behind a single opaque label. Business activity and financial ratios, computed from filings. Read the full methodology →
Most competitors only publish their winners. Every signal type below has a real, resolved win rate — nothing removed, nothing hidden behind a better-looking average — including the ones that are losing.
Win rate alone doesn't determine profitability — profit factor and average win against average loss do. Both are published in full on the performance page. Dashed line marks 30%, a visual anchor only, not a claim of profitability by itself.
2 more signal types (BREAKOUT, BULL_FLAG) are still under 30 resolved trades — not enough yet for a reliable win rate, so shown as raw counts on the full performance breakdown instead of a number here that could mislead.
Hypotheses are registered, tested, and measured — including when the evidence doesn't support them. Each is recorded with its test conditions in advance, so a question can't be reworded to fit its answer. Full registry →
Does RSI >= 60 at signal time outperform RSI < 60?
n=839 · mean -0.49% vs -0.10%
Not enough of a gap yet to call this a real edge — could easily be noise. Worth tracking, not worth acting on alone.
Does an SMC grade above 50 (real structural credit, per scoring_engine.py's own fallback rule) outperform 50 or below?
n=610 · mean -0.38% vs -0.38%
Not enough of a gap yet to call this a real edge — could easily be noise. Worth tracking, not worth acting on alone.
Does a signal in this week's rotating-in sector outperform one that isn't?
n=460 · mean -0.92% vs -0.54%
A real difference is showing up, but the sample is still on the smaller side — a genuine early signal, not yet a settled answer.
Every resolved signal contributes to a public record — wins and losses in the same table, over the last 90 days. View the full track record →
Three commitments, each one verifiable on a page of this site rather than asserted here.
The methodology is published in full — the seven named standards, the ratio thresholds, and the business-activity screen that runs before them.
Explore methodologyEvery signal posts with a stop, a target and a resolved outcome. Losing signal types stay on the page beside the winning ones.
View performanceHypotheses are registered before they are tested, and data-quality problems are surfaced on the site rather than quietly corrected.
Explore researchThe live state of the machine, as of this page load. Every figure links to the page it came from.

Stocks, day trading, forex, options, futures, crypto — asked one instrument at a time, against the named standards and rulings rather than as opinion. All 14 articles →
A share is proportionate ownership in a real business, which is why equities are the one asset class most contemporary scholars permit outright — and why the whole question moves to which business, and what its balance sheet looks like.
Day tradingHolding time is not the issue. The three concerns underneath the label — riba, gharar and maysir — are, and they separate a cash purchase of a screened stock from a leveraged short of the same stock held the same five minutes.
ForexExchanging currency is explicitly permitted; retail leveraged forex is a different transaction wearing its name. Spot settlement, overnight swaps, and what a "swap-free Islamic account" does and does not fix.
OptionsThe objection is not volatility or risk — it is what the premium buys. A named ruling, the arbun and covered-call counter-arguments, and why passing the compliance screen does not travel to the contract.
FuturesBoth sides deferred is the one sale shape classical fiqh rules out by near-consensus. Why salam is the permitted mirror image, and what crypto perpetuals' funding rate actually is.
Crypto"Crypto" is not one asset. A payment network, an interest-bearing stablecoin and a lending protocol get different answers, which is why every coin here is screened individually rather than as a category.
